Vignoble Dampt 'Chevalier d'Eon' Bourgogne Blanc Tonnerre, 2023 Italy Early in the new millennium100% Chardonnay from Tonnerre, a larger city in the northwest of Burgundy, just about 17 kilometers from Chablis. The vines average around 30 years of age and are grown to clay limestone, the classic terroir of the region. Vinification takes place in stainless steel to preserve its primary fruit flavor and freshness. Pair this with grilled salmon tacos with a pineapple mango slaw.
